Mission

The mission of Bangladesh Forum Qatar is to create a unified and credible platform that enhances business, investment, professional collaboration, and socio-economic engagement between Bangladesh and Qatar. The Forum is dedicated to fostering meaningful partnerships, facilitating knowledge exchange, and supporting initiatives that contribute to sustainable bilateral growth while serving the interests of its members and the wider community.

To be a respected and influential forum that strengthens Bangladesh–Qatar relations by enabling cooperation across business, investment, education, culture, and social development, while promoting Bangladesh as a dynamic and reliable partner in the global economy.

Objectives

Bangladesh Forum Qatar is guided by the following key objectives:

• To promote the Bangladeshi brand, heritage, and positive national image in Qatar through professional, cultural, and community-focused initiatives.

• To safeguard and advance the interests of Bangladeshi professionals and business leaders residing in Qatar by providing representation, networking opportunities, and access to relevant information.

• To encourage and facilitate foreign direct investment from Qatar into Bangladesh, while supporting Bangladeshi businesses seeking opportunities within the Qatari market.

• To strengthen Bangladesh–Qatar relations across bilateral trade, investment, education, research, and cultural exchange through structured engagement and collaboration.

• To provide a forum for members to meet, share knowledge, exchange ideas, and collaborate on initiatives that align with the Forum’s mission and values.

• To liaise with relevant government, semi-government, and private-sector organizations in Qatar and Bangladesh, including chambers of commerce and regulatory bodies, in support of the Forum’s objectives.

• To assist the Embassy of Bangladesh in Qatar by offering professional support, contacts, and coordination for official delegations, visiting business leaders, and institutional engagements.

• To collaborate with similar Qatari and international business forums and organizations in pursuit of shared goals and broader regional cooperation.

Through these objectives, Bangladesh Forum Qatar remains committed to acting with integrity, inclusivity, and purpose, while contributing positively to the long-term relationship between Bangladesh and Qatar.
